October 7th, 2018 was a dark day in history for the United States, courtesy, hurricane Michael which took away the lives of thousands and caused losses worth $6.1 Billion. Homeland Security agencies have toiled round the clock to rehabilitate the adversely affected and clear tons of debris accumulated as an aftermath of the catastrophe.

These situations call for assistance from homeland security providers with disaster recovery efforts and prevention of overnight business nosedives. Homeland Security agencies are also plagued by the challenges posed by sophisticated cyber attacks. Governmental agencies are putting their best foot forward in shielding citizens from such threats and protecting confidential data. The need of the hour is the assistance of IT solution providers who can join hands with governmental agencies and amplify their homeland security capabilities.
